It is definitely excellent and spacious if you move your own body and get relaxed and releasement, but sometimes people’s bodis are too much stiff,much tension,much tiredness,much solid to get releasement and by your self body movements. It is not related with your body activity potential. If you are a gold medalist of Olympic, your body might so much stiff, cause you should have focus on “Getting medals and Go more progressive”. Your mind gets already stiff. So body cannot release any tention by yourself.
So in this session, I would do body releasement therapy to your body,with many western energy body work way,polarity therapy,arometherapy massages and much much more. I have learned so much types of body work,body therapy, body making, and energy healing for a long time, and done to people in my own salon.

I cannot do this session to the professional athletes, as they have own original training for body making to win the games, and make body with your body trainers. Such bodies are so stiff and don’t need any changes if it is so much effective for your health and athelete level. Though if your final goal is win the game,you cannot take as your body change. On the other hands, this session is so good for artists, performers,dancers,new type body workers,martial artists and definitely normal people. You cannot make your body stiff for the certain moves,and you can get huge releasement,health,inspiration and nourishments.
